Why You Need It
Workplace harassment and violence can affect all business sectors and occupations. STS Group’s industry-leading Workplace Harassment and Violence Policy and Program provides the employer with a baseline appropriate to building a fully compliant and effective harassment and violence program. In order for the employer to maximize the policy and program effectiveness, the STS technical writer will rely on information provided by the employer on workplace harassment and violence risk assessment.
Failure to prevent inappropriate or unacceptable behaviors has financial consequences.
