CPR/AED TRAINING

This course is approved by the WSIB’s legislative requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Overview

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) provide the skills needed to recognize and respond to cardiovascular emergencies and choking for adults, children, and babies depending on the level of CPR chosen. This course meets the WSIB’s legislative requirements for provincial/territorial worker safety and include the latest CPR guidelines and training in the use of an automated external defibrillator (AED). First Aid training is not included with this CPR & AED courses.

What You’ll Learn

Learn the basics of CPR and choking rescue technique. You will learn how to analyze risk factors associated with cardio vascular emergencies including heart attack, strokes and sudden cardiac arrests and how to manage these situations. This course includes the use of basic operation and use of AED.

Any individual who wants or needs CPR/AED training for all people – infants, children and adults.
